From Japan in the 1960s, the collection of Royal Pets by Shenshukai, was made by Kokeshi craftsmen in the style of modern Scandinavian figurines.
This small Royal Pet is the Dachshund aka the Weiner Dog and comes complete with original box and identification card inside. With leather ears, wooden body and a plastic metallic eye. The figurine itself is approximately 4" long.
The figurine is in wonderful shape, with minimal flaws.
