In 1985, 135 designers were selected to showcase their work in the 'Images for Survival" exhibition at the Hiroshima Museum of Modern Art, commemorating the 40th anniversary of the bombing and the progress towards peace since made.

Thomas Geismar is widely considered a pioneer in graphic design. He's created branding for Xerox, PBS, Univision and more with the firm Chermayeff & Geismar & Haviv. This poster titled "My Daughter's Hand" is a crystal clear lithograph of a palm and the word "Peace".

Posters from this exhibition are quite rare and are scarcely seen in a retail setting.
